Ms. Poline Chan

Service Director, Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council Limited

Ms. Chan is a registered social worker who oversees and supervises elderly community service in Kowloon City. She has over 30 years’ experience in social service. She has been dedicated to multidisciplinary collaboration and development. She supervises District Elderly Community Centre and Integrated Home Care Services to provide holistic care for the elderly and their caregivers, helping the elderly age in place and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

 

Ms. Annie Dai

Service Supervisor, Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council Limited

Ms. Dai is a registered social worker overseeing three Elderly Centres across Hong Kong Island. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work and Public Health from the University of Hong Kong. As a past recipient of the JC InnoPower Fellowship, Dai has undertaken training in social innovation and design thinking. Prior to her current role, she was a senior researcher at HKU developing programs around frailty reduction, care for seniors, and end-of-life care. Dai aims to address challenges in elderly services and enhance quality of life for Hong Kong's aging population throughout her career.
