 The Hong Kong ICT Awards: Smart People Award recognizes and honors innovative technological solutions that demonstrate measurable impact in enhancing citizens' quality of life and addressing pressing social challenges. Building on the success in organising the Best Digital Inclusion Award (2006–2015) and Smart People Award (2018–2024), we continue to advocate for an inclusive society and a people-centric approach to smart city development through organizing the Hong Kong ICT Awards 2025: Smart People Award.

The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) is pleased to extend an invitation to your esteemed organisation to participate in the "Hong Kong ICT Awards 2025: Smart People Award" Briefing Session.

The purpose of the briefing session is to provide comprehensive guidance on award criteria and submission requirements, facilitate knowledge sharing through case studies of past award-winning projects, offer strategic insights to strengthen potential applications, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration among social service organizations and technology partners.
