On September 5, 2025, our office hosted the event "Triangular Synergy, Triple-Win Co-Creation: Exploring CUHK's New Industry–Academia–Research Collaboration Model" as part of the CUEA Happy Hour Entrepreneurial Talk Series 2025. The event was a tremendous success, drawing a packed audience that reflected the strong interest and enthusiasm from our staff, students, and community partners.

Professor Allen Chan, Associate Vice-President (Knowledge Transfer) at CUHK, and Professor Benny Zee, Director of CUHK's Knowledge Transfer Office, captivated the audience with their comprehensive insights on industry–academia–research collaboration. Professor Chan, shared his expertise on translating scientific innovation into real-world applications. Professor Zee emphasized the importance of cross-disciplinary collaboration and intellectual property management in today's innovation landscape.

The Q&A sessions were particularly engaging, with passionate discussions on current hot topics including knowledge transfer strategies, entrepreneurship ecosystem development, and the crucial role of intellectual property management in fostering innovation. Participants actively engaged with both professors, exploring the vast opportunities available through CUHK's "Dare to Innovate" culture and the limitless possibilities of industry–academia–research cooperation.

Thank you for the support, and please stay tuned for more updates on our upcoming events!
