The Social Impact Academy and Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge (HKSEC) co-hosted a webinar titled "From Social Entrepreneurship to Intrapreneurship - a HKSEC Alumnus's Journey in Unleashing Social Innovation From Within." on 15 Jun 2023.
The webinar featured Chester CHENG, Co-founder of Carbon Wallet and HKSEC alumnus, as the speaker. Chester shared his biggest takeaway from joining HKSEC, what he had learned from the failure of his first social enterprise. Chester also talked about how he applied his learning and connection in social innovation to help him transiting from a social entrepreneur to a social intrapreneur and what he had done to drive positive change within the organisation. Chester also provided some tips and advice for young people who wish to become social intrapreneurs.
