RoboZyme is a startup with the vision to unlock the full potential of enzymes and their limitless applications through the development of innovative solutions for the generation of robust recyclable and cost-effective enzyme catalysts. Our unique immobilization platform technology exploits the power of bacteria to directly immobilize enzymes without the need of enzyme purification and the use of chemical for conjugation. By integrating our immobilization platform with advanced technologies in computer-aided design and molecular and structural biotechnology, we create robust efficient enzyme catalysts with existing or novel functions to replace environmentally endangering processes with clean in vitro biocatalysis, and produce better, greener and cheaper products.
