How to Apply?

  1. Study KT-IPF Funding Guidelines 2025-26 and Appendix - Conditions for the Allocation and Use of Funds for more details.
  2. Applications should be duly endorsed and submitted via the Online Application System, on or before the application deadline. 
    1. Visit the Internal Application System at https://orkts-cuhk.grantplatform.com/
    2. Click ‘Log in via SAML’, log-in using CUHK One-Pass Login
    3. Click ‘Knowledge Transfer Impact Project Fund (KT-IPF) 2025-26’
    4. Follow instruction to input ‘Application name’ to start the application
    [IMPORTANT] Application Deadline: 14 November 2025 (Friday). Late and/or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
  3. Please submit the Declaration and Undertaking and Application for Staff Engagement in KT-VIF Company (applicable for applicants that are CUHK-affiliated venture) / Agreement and Declaration Form (applicable for individual applicants) on or before the application deadline, with both

    2. duly signed hardcopy to InnoPort (Reception, Inter-University Hall), please specify <KT-IPF Application 2025-26>
